I love everything Eddie Redmayne is in
In The Day of the Jackal (1973), the Jackal also drives a white Alfa Romeo, albeit an earlier model. Referenced in Graham Norton I like: Denzel Washington/Paul Mescal/Saoirse Ronan/Eddie Redmayne/Blossoms (2024). He has a vulnerability that makes me want to delve deeper into the characters.
Neither her acting nor her on-screen persona are worthy
Here, as a stone-cold killer, he’s a bit of a stretch, in my humble opinion, but he makes sense as someone “hiding in plain sight.” As others have pointed out, the female lead just ruined it for me. Why she keeps getting badass female roles is a mystery to me. We have so many other talented actors to choose from.
Her character doesn’t help her case either
I didn’t think much of her in Captain Marvel, I liked her even less as 007, and now she just ruins scenes every time she appears. I’ll watch the show until the end, but… so sad that this show won’t be a rerun.
Season 2 has already been renewed
I don’t know how the story will unfold yet, but I hope they change the character Bianca somehow.
